All services are provided as-is and may be modified or updated at any time.
4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the authority to enroll your business in coaching programs
- Agree not to misuse our services or violate applicable laws

Payments may be made using:
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Direct bank transfer via invoice
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Pricing may change at any time.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access to digital products or scheduled coaching may be suspended until payment is resolved.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are governed by our official Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Key Rules
- Digital products may be eligible for refunds within 60 days.
- Coaching is refunded only on a case-by-case basis.
- On-site coaching cancellations within 30 days of the start date may not receive any refund.
- Travel expenses are non-refundable.
- Missed appointments forfeit the paid fee (case by case).
Clients are responsible for reviewing all Refund Policy details before purchasing.
7. Scheduling & Appointments
- All sessions must be booked through our scheduling system (FluentBooking/ServiceTitan).
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- HVAC Tech Complete reserves the right to adjust session times due to operational needs.
8. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with HVAC Tech Complete, the client agrees to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Supply necessary internal metrics or sales data when requested
- Maintain professionalism during sessions
- Ensure safe working environments for on-site coaching
- Comply with all local laws and regulations
HVAC Tech Complete is not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld client information.
9. Confidentiality
HVAC Tech Complete agrees to keep all client data, internal business metrics, and sensitive information confidential.
Clients agree to keep all proprietary coaching materials confidential, including:
- Documents
- Training videos
- Scripts
- Processes
- Methods taught by HVAC Tech Complete
Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through HVAC Tech Complete are owned by the company and protected by copyright law.
Clients receive a non-transferable license to use purchased materials solely for internal business operations.
No materials may be resold, redistributed, or used to create competing services.
11. Limitation of Liability
HVAC Tech Complete will not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Business interruptions
- Equipment failures
- Staff issues or turnover
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Coaching results may vary based on implementation, effort, market conditions, and internal business factors.
12. No Guarantees unless otherwise stated.
While HVAC Tech Complete provides proven strategies and expert guidance, we make no guarantees unless stated (via our main 3 week coaching ride along) regarding:
- Revenue increases
- Sales performance
- Technician output
- Client satisfaction outcomes
- Long-term operational results
Success depends on the client’s own actions and implementation.
13. Travel & On-Site Work
For on-site coaching:
- Client must provide safe access to premises
- Travel and accommodation must be prepaid
- Weather, emergencies, or unforeseen events may require rescheduling
HVAC Tech Complete is not responsible for delays caused by travel disruptions.
14. Termination of Services
HVAC Tech Complete may terminate services at any time if:
- The client violates these terms
- The client acts abusively or unprofessionally
- Safety concerns arise
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.
15. Website Use
Clients and visitors agree not to:
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the site
- Upload malicious code
- Copy or scrape site content without permission
Violation may result in legal action.
16. Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party resources that we are affiliated with and we could be compensated if you purchase from these links. We also are not responsible for:
- External content
- Lost or stolen funds
- Accuracy of information
- Security vulnerabilities
