1. Digital Products (Courses, Training, Downloads)
Digital training products generally offer a 60-day refund window, aligned with industry standards such as ClickBank.
Refunds are granted based on the following:
- The customer must request the refund within 60 days of purchase.
- Abuse of the refund system may result in denial of future purchases.
- HVAC Tech Complete reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of excessive or repeated refund requests.
2. Coaching & Consulting Services
Coaching services are highly customized, time-intensive, and provided either on-site or remotely. As such:
- There is no implied or automatic refund for coaching.
- Refunds are handled case by case at the sole discretion of HVAC Tech Complete.
Cancellation Policy for Coaching
- Full or partial refunds may be available only when the client cancels at least 30 days before a scheduled 3-week on-site coaching block.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled start date may not be eligible for any refund.
Missed Appointments
- Missed appointments forfeit the paid amount.
- Rescheduling must be completed through our booking service (FluentBooking).
- Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion.
Travel Expenses
- Travel costs for on-site coaching are paid upfront and are non-refundable.
3. Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If any subscription plans are offered:
- Clients may cancel at any time.
- Billing cycles already paid for may not be refunded unless required by law.
- Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
